Hi,

Myself and my husband are looking into moving to Thailand next year. We have a 5 and 2 year old too. I am a teacher and he is ex-forces.

Any advise please?

As to the teacher side - Do you have a TEFL certificate? As to the ex-forces there are numerous agencies in Thailand where he might be invited. Contact a former CO and ask for help.
