Working visa medical in home country

I have a medical booked next Month, in February.

If I was to be found with high blood pressure or a chest infection, do they mark you as unfit even though this can be rectified?

Or do you get marked as fit but told to take medication? I'm worried as I have a chest infection at the moment and if it shows up on a chest x-ray, they may fail me.

I was just curious about the blood pressure.
