Hey everyone, few years ago I lived in Denmark (Fyn).
Then I came back to home country, but one thing bothers me, after I left, a landlord (company) started send me emails, that I still owe them about 13000kr. Even though we paid 23.000kr move in 3months rent + 12.500kr.
For me it's hard to understand how can they ask me more than my deposit, this is why you pay depoait, right?
They said they have to do some apartment work after we left, but we left this apartment clean and gave notice 3 month prior.
So maybe someone could answer my is it my fault or landlord's, and if I can get any trouble if i would like to come back to Denmark. Tak!
