I need to pay New iqama issuance on Absher they said pay 2000

i applied online for new iqama issuance on Absher and have been asked to pay 2000sar .

The options im seeing from the bank application do not have an option to manually put in the required amount .The auto calculation under alien>new iqama are giving incorrect amounts .

i tried Al rajhi and Riyadh banks .

anyone has had this issue before please help
