If your contract is vaild, the current employer should receive the sponsership request even his company in red and your Iqama is expired, and you still need his approval

Approval of your current company is not require when IQAMA is expired. Request will be on Auto Approval.

New employer can process the transfer request immediately.

Thanks for your reply mr. @alex2588 but some people are saying that if the request is already active now and my iqama is expiring in between then it will not be automatically approved.

this present request should expire or I should reject the contract , then after expiry of my iqama new request should be raised is this correct?

Yes, if the request is active as of now, approval of your current sponsor is  needed.

When your IQAMA expiry?

If current company dont want to accept the request, wait until the expiration of your IQAMA so that there approval is not require anymore.

my visa is expiring on Feb 7 And my current company had send me request on Jan 30

and I have accepted my contract on the same day , so I will be competing 9 days on my iqama expiry date

i want to know if my iqama is expiring in between 14days of transfer will my transfer will be approved the next day after expiry of my iqama

because the time frame is 14days and my iqama is expiring on 9th day from 14days
