I want to request Exit visa still iqama valid just completed 8 months

My current employer not given any contract and not properly issuing monthly salary. i want to exit if i make exit request then what is the next step if not given what to do

as per saudi law if any employer not giving salary continuous three months, then the employee has right to take transfer to another company or final exit. But the employer must agree for this. Otherwise, you can go through court.
