Vans from Europe? How to find drivers that bring items from Europe?

I heard that there are vans that regularly make trips from different countries in Europe. I think they charge like 15dhs per Kg. I am hoping to have some items brought from Europe to Marrakech.

How do I go about finding one of these guys?

Will I need to pay taxes or import fees for the items?
