What will happen to Labor court settlement amount after Final exit ?

Please give me your valuable feed backs. I have a labor court case with my previous employer. The final judgment has been announced by court that the company has to provide all the due amounts to the employees. Since 1year still the property seizing is going on by the court to accumulate the other beneficiaries amounts together to be distributed like me and other people also. Mean while I was transfer my sponsorship in to another employer and now almost 2 year goes to complete to finish contract with new employer. Now I wish to go Final exit to home country due to sick and tired but I don't know how much time it will take to complete the whole procedure to be completed for the final settlement from the court and the amount it has to be credited in to Saudi bank.

My question is after final exit what will happened to my Saudi bank account and mobile number which we gave to bank and abshr?

If the amount will credited in to my Saudi bank account, then how i could operate/Transfer from home country ?
