Is it possible to apply fro CARD B?

I am in belgium last four year and fifth year continue and finish this year in july, so my question is i am apply card B, because every year last four year, every single year renue so this july finish my five year so possible i apply CARD B,

I have UE CARD and i came to here from spain

Pls gibe me answer

You can apply after completing 5 years, do talk to your local commune and they will provide you the official answer.
