Suppliers of white goods who can deliver using a grua

We’re in the old town of Valencia up five flights of narrow stairs and after 20 years our fridge freezer has broken. When we moved in 20 years ago coordinating the grua with deliveries was a nightmare. Has anything changed? Is there a slick solution to getting deliveries of white goods co-ordinated with deliveries? Could there be a company that supplies the goods and has a crane to deliver?
