Suggestions on best areas and getting ready to move

Hello!

I am currently living in Las Vegas Nevada in the US and I'm looking to relocate.

As I have been looking Portugal seems to have everything I want wrapped up in one beautiful place.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to retire just yet so I'm thinking of having a remote job from the US and making my way to Portugal. I was looking at Lagos but I'm still open to other places if anyone has suggestions?

If you have any suggestions on the best areas or the suggestions on getting ready to move I would appreciate any suggestions!!
