Dears,

I have the below quires and would be more helpful to hear your comments.

  • When my dependents on Type-D visa stays < 90 days (65 days to be exact) in Belgium (first time) along with me, should they need to register and apply for Residential Permit (RP) card in the commune?

  • Type-D visa having Residence card: Is there is any time limit to travel outside Belgium more than 3 months?

Thanks in Advance.

Hello,

-you need to report to your commune within 8 days after you have arrived in Belgium.

-you can travel outside of Belgium till the validity of the Visa D, however the Visa-D should be a multiple entry, which normally they are.
