I have Saudi Iqama. Can I use Multiple Entry exit visa issued from Bahrain to exit Saudi?

I have no idea what you are asking.

A multiple entry / exit visa issued from Bahrain will only allow you to enter and exit Bahrain. Nothing to do with Saudi.

For Saudi, you need a separate visa. And if you have an Iqama, you need ERE issued from Saudi itself.
