Relocating to Valencia on Nomad Visa

Post new topic

Andrew Gentles

Hi Everyone,

we(my wife, son and myself) are relocating to the Valencia region in September.

we are going to rent initially until we have researched areas that we will eventually like to call “Home”

we are moving from Kent in England and are looking in and around Gandia (is this a nice place to start?

my Wife and I are both remote workers and qualify for the Nomad visa (does anyone have any experience of this?)

we honestly can’t wait to get out there and start to live our life.

thanks for reading

Drew

The Spanish Digital Nomad visa is brand-new, so you are one of the pioneers. :-) Good luck!

There are so many great places to live, it's hard to know where to start. Most/all of the Costa Blanca is very nice (we're a bit further south near Alicante), so I doubt you'll go wrong - especially if you rent initially.

I recommend Idealista as a big property website with listings (sale/rent) all over Spain. This is great for research so you can see what you can get for your budget.

@Andrew Gentles Nomad visa requirements were only available by March 31st. Information is still not available at consulates websites (except for some of them, as Bahía Blanca in Argentina).

If you need more detailed info in advance, pleae let me know.
