Im still unclear about taking Brand new Goods through Customs at EU Border Countrys, as an EU Passport Holder (Irish) can i take new Goods in their Boxes across Europe? Some Posts on here say i have to itemize stuff in my car and do paperwork what does that mean - do i need paperwork for my Purchases from Argos in an EU Country? (Ireland) Just to be safe should i take everything out of the new Packaging?

Also the reason why im taking stuff with me is because im unclear about the Bulgarian Postal System I asked the person i bought the Property from and they were quite vague regarding Postage - they said Post goes to central place in village - if i ordered something will it get to me? Some people here say they order from Emag but if i ordered from emag would i receive my Purchase? I believe i have an Address so why did the Seller say Post goes to a central place in the Village?

Might be a daft question, but why didn't you buy in Bulgaria?

Small purchases will be delivered to the post office. Big purchases will be couriered to your house, they will call you to find where the house is. Village addresses aren't really used. Gwyn did a good post explaining this. If you search for posts about deliveries, you should find it.

I don't live in Bg permanently yet, but my neighbour has been very helpful and taken delivery of items when I'm not there. I've also used Ekont to receive smaller items, they're delivered to a collection point in the nearest town which is convenient. Get to know your neighbours, get a Bulgarian SIM card so you have a working phone number (delivery drivers won't call international numbers, probably because their phone contract doesn't cover it) and go to the post office to introduce yourself. It should all work out!

I would agree with this…. Why not buy new goods out there as the warranty etc will be a lot easier - and it’s easy to get all sorts of goods out there - especially really expensive nice stuff if that’s what you want - technika have all sorts of electrical goods - from the very basic to the most expensive.

Id also agree with what others have said regarding couriers - they’ll ring you on a BG number - or otherwise it’s a spin to the post office.
