GOSI contract & QIWA contract Expire Date Different

Please clarify that my GOSI contract was signed with my willingness on October 31, 2021, and that the contract's validity is two years, ending on November 15, 2023. The GOSI expiration date is the same as that shown in the QIWA system (15-NOV-2023).

According to the GOSI contract for yearly vacation, I applied for vacation and my company approved my yearly vacation, but the company told me to sign a new GOSI contract for another two years (1-NOV-2022 to 1-NOV-2024), which I questioned because my existing contract was valid for one more year. The company told me that if you want to go on vacation, sign the contract and go on vacation; otherwise, you cannot go on vacation until the contract is completed.I don't have any other options because I want to go on vacation, so I signed a contract from (1-NOV-2022 to 1-NOV-2024), but my qiwa system shows that my contract expires on 15-NOV-2023.

Since 2018, I have been with the same company for more than five years. Any possibilities to go exit?
