Hi all,

Education is compulsory in the Netherlands between the ages of 5 and 16; homeschooling is not allowed. The instruction language is Dutch, but more and more schools and universities teach in English.

NUFFIC is the Dutch Government organisation for internationalisation in education. They have a webpage with a lot of information on this subject; this link will take you straight to it.
