Saudi employment visa without NOC from current employer

How could anyone go to Saudi without obtaining NOC from Bahrain employer... Is there anyway to go to LMRA to request for NOC...

Without going back to home country, how could anyone go if company refused to provide NOC

You have no choice. Saudi Embassy in Bahrain will not process without NOC. The NOC must be from the employer and LMRA will not give you any NOC.
