Ask for Marriage visa guidance

Hello everyone,

I just arrived in Belgium a few days ago,

I want to start the preparation of marriage visa documents for my fiancée, which is in Egy. But, unfortunately, I can't understand many parts. So, I would like to ask for help from anyone with this experience to guide me through the main steps and documents.

I think to apply for a marriage declaration will need a power of attorney from my fiancée. Should it be legalized somehow, or just a signed document from here with a statement that she gives me the right to apply for marriage on her behalf?

2. What are the required documents for marriage declaration while she is abroad?
