Hi everyone .

I’m looking for some help and advice.

Me and my Partner are planning to get married in Portugal in upcoming months . We just waiting for the date from registry office .

I moved to UK 10 years ago and I do have settled status. He is from Brazil currently living in Portugal , that’s why we are getting married there .

I want to bring him here , to live with me and get him

a job in the UK  . I work full time (meeting the earnings criteria) and I have space to live .

My question is what to do , what visa will be the best , and how to do it as soon as possible .

I will really appreciate any type of help and advice .

Thank you !

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Your forum info tells me you're from Poland, so an EU citizen; my advice is to check out the EU settlement scheme; this link will take you straight to the UK Gov website that has all the details.

I hope this helps.
