I was joined one company last month still in probation period..my visa done..the problem is my manager is forcing me to stay in office and work extra 3 to 4 hours daily without extra payment..even friday also he is asking to come and work full day...if I not agree for extra duty he is behaving rudely and saying I'll report to HR and talking about terminate...

if they terminate are they pay my return ticket as per bahrain law?
