Belgium Visa Query -
Can VOW visa on web reference be changed in TLS contact centre while attending appointment? Also can TLS application be modified at the centre? We need to change few details. I know for TLS France if there's a mistake in TLS appointment form , they are not accepting.

you can either use the real application number (that you can find in visaonweb.diplomatie.be, that's the last 5/6 numbers after BEL01100...00XXXXX) or use the VFS/TLS

Once the application has been send to the embassy, VFS/TLS can't modify it anymore.
You'll have to contact the embassy for any change (and they're not obliged to take your change into account)
