Good value residency fixers

Post new topic

jonxxon

Hello there,

I have received all-inclusive offers to help with temporary residence permit (excluding the work that happens in the home country) from about $1000 and up. It seems the difference between them is mostly in the wrapping.

Can you recommend an agency that is priced on the low end that you personally used? If so, could you share your price and how one could get in contact with them?

Thanks for your time.

Kind regards

avradis

Hi there - I am also (and still) in the process of searching. I have been quoted everything from $1100 all the way up to $5200 (!) and as you say, the main difference between them seems to be in the wrapping, though the cheapest quote at $1100 is from someone who doesn't speak any english (and I don't speak spanish). I will probably end up going with them though, I have enough assurances that they're legit. What's your strategy? What offer are you thinking of using? Ta

Hi guys, just be careful. The cheapest option might not be the best one in this case. What I want to say is be sure you are dealing with attorneys or those attorneys are the ones who do the process. You might use any third-party but what is important that who does the job locally and paperwork are attorneys and not random "residency fixers". Cause in case something goes wrong or other documents are needed or issues come in the way the person who can effectively deal with that is attorney knowing well Paraguayan inmigration law. Good luck.

Would you recommend anyone good at a good price? I can see that the GDP per capita in Paraguay is about $7,000. Kind regards from Europe

The best prices are from someone in this forum. But I am still looking for better. I think $2000 is crazy considering what I would earn locally. I come from Norway, that consistently ranks in the top 5 of most expensive countries in the world, and my friend offers full service for $2000, more or less. But the process takes 5 years and not 3 months. That said, the most competative price so far was through someone who knows someone. Here is a list that someone gave me of some names that exist If you have any names to add to the list, it would be helpful.

1. Paraguay residencyparaguayresidency.comhttps://paraguayresidency.com/

The cost is $3,000-$4,500 for each person. Looks like they have experience doing the job. They speak English and German. can certainly get the job done. Too expensive

2. Salomoni & Asociados

https://salomoni.com.py/law@salomoni.com.py

They say they have experience with immigration: "Salomoni and Associates offers its clients assistance in the process of obtaining temporary and / or permanent residence permits, Paraguayan identity cards and Paraguayan citizenship applications. Our services range from translations and legalization of foreign documents to the follow-up of the application process." They speak English, like you. There is no price advertised. They said they will email me the price.

3. Peroni Sosa Tellechea Burt & Narvajapstbn@pstbn.com.py

They speak English, they have experience with immigration. It looks expensive and flimsy

4. GHP Guanes, Heisecke & Piera, Attorneys at Law / Abogadosinfo@ghp.com.py

The website is mostly in Spanish, but they may know something about English, because some words are English. It doesn't say that they deal with immigration, but it is possible to ask.

5. Immigrate Paraguay

https://immigra.com.py/info@immigra.com.py

It says they can speak English, but the website is not in English. Looks cheap and decent.

6. ***

ll.englat@protonmail.com

A food-loving Italian lady. She says herself that she is cheap and works flawlessly. It says she has experience with immigration. If it's cheap, it's might be a good possibility

7. Paraguay Residencia

There is a nice contact form here: https://paraguayresidencia.com/contact/ … dencia.com

https://paraguayresidencia.com/

This looks like a good opportunity. They themselves say the price is $1450 for the entire process. English

8. Rubin Cymerman Abogados

https://en.rubin.com.py/

info@rubin.com.py

It says they can speak English and have experience with immigration. Looks like they might be moderately expensive.

9. RMG Asuncion http://www.rmg.com.py/english/Contact:http://www.rmg.com.py/english/contactenos.php

Looks okay, but looks a bit expensive. The price is not on the website. It says their prices are set. Guess they can do the job well enough. They speak a lot of English.

10. Residencyinfo@residentura.org

https://www.residentura.org/

Looks like an expensive crazy service. They speak many languages, for example. The price is more than $4000 per person.

11. Fernández & Zacarías Abogados

http://www.zafer.com.pyinfo@zafer.com.py

They say they do "Immigration and Foreigners" as a "Corporate and Commercial Practice". They speak English. But they don't say the price explicitly. The price is coming later (i learned in an email from them)

12. Estudio Juridico Borja & Assoc

https://estudio-juridico-borja-asoc.bus … otmail.com

It doesn't say they speak English, but the website indicates they have immigration experience. It looks cheap. On further investigation, it is about mid-expensive at $1500 + costs. English is 50% and friendly on initial investigation.

13. BKM | Berkemeye

rhttps://www.berke.com.py/en/carla.sosa@berke.com.py

They speak English, and call themselves a prestigious law firm. They say they have experience with immigration. Guess it's expensive. An email taught me the price is $3000 plus expenses.

14. Romero Machuca & Asociados

https://www.romachlaw.com/en/lmachuca@romachlaw.com

Looks like a simple and straightforward website. Guess they can do the job for a simple price, they speak English. An email taught me that the price is $2400 (i think that excludes expenses).

15. Plan B Paraguay

https://planbparaguay.com/info@planbparaguay.comIt's $3000 for each person. The guy who runs it seems meticulous and speaks English as a native speaker. They say they have experience with immigration and we get visas for between 1 week and 3 months.Way too expensive.

16. Aleksandr Paragvaetsaparagvaets@gmail.com

the prices are unusable. $2800 for standard and $3500 for express service.

17. Tucanoprod https://tucanoprod.com/en/

https://tucanoprod.com/en/contact/Has good knowledge it seems. Business minded. $2600 a pop + expenses.

Helena Mores

I can give you the contact of a man who does his work with complete honesty and quality. The cost is approximately 1000€. But I can't say for sure. You can find out from him. He is a German national. He lives in Paraguay. I've known him for several years and know dozens of people he has helped.

I have nothing to do with his business. We are just friends.

If anyone has any questions, please contact me by private message. If the rules of the forum allow, I can post it for everyone.

But I can also tell you that you can get a temporary residence permit on your own. However, at least a little knowledge of the Spanish language is necessary.

Helena Mores

@avradis kalimara!

I my town  -Hohenau live a girl -Mitrakis. She prepare docs for residence. If you want, i connection you.

You can find better deals with registered lawyers, not "fixers".

That gdp is a joke.

Have you look at rentals prices lately ??

jonxxon

@refugiadoportuga Thanks for your message. What's your estimate for gdp? I don't mind using a lawyer, but at what price? Do you have any contacts you can recommend ? What're rental prices in the areas that you've investigated? Lots of love

@Jonxxon,

If you haven't made a selection yet, as a US citizen who has been a PR since 2018 through efforts of one of the parties on your list, I can vouch for that person.  She is resourceful, experienced, extremely knowledgeable and know the nuances of the application process.

Let me know if interested, and I'll provide more details.

Good luck in your venture.

shawnhartmann69

@refugiadoportuga  Hi, do you have a reliable contact to help with temporary residency in Paraguay.

Thank you.

Shawn

Lightfromlight

@jonxxon

There is ONE amongst the ones you have listed here who has several criminal complaints against them and she preys upon innocent people.  We have received countless complaints against her and yet she remains at large due to corruption.

We have concrete allegations against her and therefore she should not be on anyone's recommendation list.  Esp not in this forum or else she will continue to create new victims.

The moderators already know who she is.  It is a duty to humanity to remove this corrupt individual from your list of recommendations.  Or else she will continue to carve up innocent victims.

She is NOT resourceful at all.  We have had several in this forum who are her alleged victims.

@Lightfromlight

Read your message in response to my comment in the discussion about good value fixers for residency.

Before you malign individuals on forums, make sure you get your facts right and not on hearsay!

I do not know the details of your allegations but it would have been better if you had contacted me to determine if we are speaking about the same individual.   From MY experiences, she performed a remarkable job and the proof is my PR and cedula (from 2018), and until I find or learn differently from or through other individuals or moderators of this forum, I stand behind my statement.

Furthermore, the fact that you just joined expat.com in December 2023, and now you're suddenly in a position to provide counsel to others is absolutely incredible ?!  Additionally, I would not have made such an endorsement if I did not firmly believe in her services and expertise.

Regards.

mortians

When I talked to Paraguay embassy they told me you can do the application on your own .Did somebody tried this

Wonderien

@refugiadoportuga

Would love if you could give a little more info on these lawyers, any links or names?

Wonderien

@jonxxon

Great list, thanks for that!

Do you mind giving a little update on some of the prices that were coming later by email?

Also, perhaps any updates on your situation?

Cheers!

Johan Smal

@mortians if you can speak Spanish or can use Google translate and have an average IQ or better you can do it by yourself.

ppy5

Can one apply for TR on behalf of my family members (ie I fly over and do the process for my family). Or is there a requirement for physical presence for TR  applications?

ppy5

@Johan Smal

Any details on the first points of contact if you do it yourself?

Would I just gather the following documents before arriving

1) birth certificate (apostilled)

2) marriage certificate (apostilled)

3) criminal record (from last 5 years residence) (apostilled)

And head to the government immigration offices?

Caballero Nº 201 esq. Eligio Ayala (Asunción, Paraguay)

https://www.migraciones.gov.py/

Johan Smal

@ppy5 every application is done in person. No way past having everybody who applies present.

Johan Smal

@expatmatch there is no requirement that residency applications have to be done by attorneys.

Johan Smal

@ppy5 Migraciones will point you to every step of the process. Translation of documents can be done across the street from the entrance to Migraciones, and copies certified next door to her. You would also need to have your Interpol done, and a certificado de vida from the police station in whose jurisdiction you would reside during the process.

hvandijk6

@Johan  Smal

I have noticed in your comment to "@ppy5", about visiting Interpol. Could you please explain where Interpol is located in Asuncion?

Johan Smal

@hvandijk6  easy to find on Google maps. Just enter Interpol Asuncion. https://maps.app.goo.gl/zEMTK1EeorFkcDMR8

Wonderien

@Johan Smal

Thanks for your helpful replies, Johan!

As I understand it, the documents NEED to be translated IN Paraguay, and shouldn't be translated in the home country?

Also, I assume a medical certificate can be organized at any hospital or doctor,

or does it need to be anything special?

Johan Smal

@Wonderien translation has to be done in Paraguay by a court appointed translator. There one across the street from the entrance of Migraciones, and an escribana next door to certify your copies.  No health certificate needed any more, as far as I know.

Wonderien

Thanks!

ppy5

@Johan Smal thank you for your advice. Appreciate you. Have a great weekend

wondering ninja

has anyone applied for residency with a negative criminal record ? if yes how did it go ?

I used a proper lawyer, useful for other advice too, and  very personable.  His firm is moderately priced, TR is 500 USD which includes taking you to all the right placs at the right time - important as there are a number of steps. The government costs, translations, certain notarisations, interpol fingerprinting etc were about 750 USD. I’m happy to provide info. but they get a bit iffy n this forum if you post any ’advertising’ info. Can you PM me and I’ll provide his details? I’m out here in PY until early next week.

itnoyttboy

Natalia *** is the best lawyer to use.

popebop

@Mendac

So to clarify, the *total* was $750, or $1250 ($750 + 500)?

LyricMan

Hi everyone.

I appreciate everyone’s comments here.

Please send me a message if you have experience with a good residency lawyer, and their contact info.

Please and Thank you!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

ChipW

Just last night I was chatting via Telegram with a woman with the initials DR about her doing my residency process and she wants US$1280. I would be leary about using her, though, she misunderstood me many times and didn't/doesn't know the difference between "legalization" and certification, as in FBI report or birth certificate being original certified documents, not copies. She also contradicted herself at least once when saying she does or doesn't do apostille.

I'm gonna give it a go myself.

Is it true there is only one (1) Interpol office in PY? In Asunción?

And, just for confirmation, I looked at a couple of the above listed websites and it shows that the US documents should apostilled in the US. I see other posts and the Migraciones site, if I remember correctly, say the apostille must be done in PY.
