Hello Aimof,

Till members share their recommendations, you can post an advert in the Housing in Lisbon section of the website. It might get you some offers.

You may also get in touch with professionals registered in the Real estate in Lisbon section of the business directory.

@aimof No you can only break the lease after 6 months, not 4 or the owner may sue you for breaking the lease before 6 months.

Shirly that is what a Solicitor is for - to ask  such questions about rental contracts and get related legal advice?  Estate agents tend to cover local areas so you'd need to specify an area then ask agents who cover that area.  For country wide rental properties here is a website (with English translations) which has a vast number of such  but you'll still need to choose an area or there'll be thousands to look at.
