Search for property and land titles

Hi Everyone,
I was just wondering how I go about finding out what property and land assets my thai wife has? We live in Australia but are looking at getting a divorce and for it to be fair and reasonable I would like to know what assets she has in Thailand. She has dual citizenship.
Does anyone know how I would go about with something like this?

I'm not 100% sure,but you on your own can't find out anything about her assets. I don't know if you officially can even ask any local authority. Thai people normally own land in the their home province and very often close to the family. If you've been married for a while,shouldn't you know if she's gotten any property in Thailand? She might have inherited land from her family. It's quite common. You have never stayed in Thailand or visited her family on a regular basis?

@Leeds forever! Yes have been to her home village several times. The parents have since passed. I know they owned three pieces of land (2 being very large farm land) and 2 properties.

My wife is the eldest and has 2 siblings.

I need to find out in order to make the divorce fair as per lawyers recommendation.

You mean the local Revenue Department. You think they will reveal anything about a Thai national who is married to an aussie citizen in Australia? And the Revenue Department isn't the correct authority, it's the Land Office a.k.a the Land Department. It would be a huge difference if they were officially married in Thailand.
