2: No, I don't have access to previous Absher, as old mobile number isn't with me anymore.

get a new mobile number. Go to to kiosk and update your old iqama mobile number.

after that go to absher and login.

Here, you will find all the details of your case, including information on how to pay any outstanding fees or fines online. This information is crucial to resolving your case, so be sure to read through it carefully.

I got the access to this absher account & it's showing Travel Ban 10 years & court case is in Abha.

Can you please advise what to do next ?

Hi, login to Najiz website using your login id in absher. Then go to Implementation you will find the details of your case there

I was able to see and download all information,

It's clear that by contacting me, not only the Bank, recovered the car from me in 2017 but also filled this lawsuit later.

Also they hide the my contact information, from court  & court had to give adds in newspaper.

Also they knew where I'm, there was no need to do so & could be informed but not done.

By doing so, they (bank) kept the car, installments amount and also put me under financial constraints upon my arrival again.

Now I'm seeking legal advise, going to see a lawyer before pleading to court, or even filling another case on new Iqama.

yes, I can see invoice and downloaded the timeline on case.

just pay the invoice thru online banking ang your case will be close, and your travel banned will be remove immediately

dear the amount they summed up is 47k in case, but when I ask bank they say 31k (also that they will give discount 30%)

Now waiting for bank to come on a mutual agreed amount or shall I also appeal in court.

I'm also thinking to appeal in Court, cause the date they put on Sanad Al Amr, I was Not here in Saudi Arabia.

Also contents of case proceedings are mislead by falsified information.

That's why I'm thinking to proceed with appealing.

I am also having the same issue. Did you solved your problems?

. I was in Saudi Arabia, and came to India on re entry, but couldn't return back on time before the expiry of the re entry visa, there was a car in my name which I purchased through NCB, they contact me while I was in India, they recovered the vehicle and put travel ban on me. I am happened to know regarding the travel ban while I was checking through the system.

Actually I am also want to come back to Saudi Arabia on new visa, Have you faced any problem in the emigration in KSA while you are entering to Saudi Arabia?

I sent my cousin to the bank and according to their record, I have to pay 20,237 SAR
