Fidelity ATM fees in VN

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a second bank that has no ATM fees. I already have a Charles Schwab account but wanting a second. I currently have First Republic which has no ATM fees but they are probably going to go under so I want to look at a different bank with no ATM fees. From what I've read, Fidelity may charge a 1% international fee. Has anyone noticed this fee with Fidelity in VN? Also any other bank suggestions other than Schwab?
