Without iqama and given a another job

Hii sir im in riyadh already 9 months ago still my owner and kafeel didn't make my iqama and I came for hotel job they still not open hotel they given uniform company job also , always salary 20 to 25 days pending also sir how can I go back my country sir please help ..
