Driving license conversion - Kuwait

Hello Everyone,

I will be moving to Belgium next month and was wondering if I would be able to convert my Kuwaiti driving license.

I explored their mobility website and found a link below which apparently does not work.

So if anyone has any information or share the list of countries with whom they have affiliation; would be great.
