Hi

I am from India. I have got a job in Belgium.

KPMG is applying for work permit on my behalf. They have asked for payment proof of retribution fee of 138 Euros.

I have done foreign remittance of this amount from SBI but I did not get any transaction statement. Only payment proof I have is the account statement. But they said that account statement would not suffice as it does not contain all the details such as BIC, IBAN, Beneficiary details etc.

What to do in this case? How people pay the retribution fee and how do they get the payment proof?

Could somebody please help me

Thanks

Aneesh

The only way is to ask your bank (SBI) to provide a detailed statement of this transaction.

@Aneesh

Thanks for your reply.

I will contact the branch.

Generally, how do people pay this contribution fee and how do they get the payment proof?

I did it through SBI and received the statement rightaway.
