Updating CPR address for expat

Hello, I wanted to ask my CPR has my old home address but I’ve moved from that home and I wanted to know if I like update my address through Bahrain.BH site do I need to give address certificate? And also inform municipality? As my new home landowner said if u have CPR then u don’t need address certificate but I just want to update my home address on CPR and if I do will the municipality charges levied again?
