I wish to do it on line BEFORE I return to Argentina

@verben235 If it can be done at all, your best bet would probably be HSBC because of their International orientation.

@verben235 IF it can be done, it would probably be more likely with HSBC. Maybe there is a branch where you currently live where you can inquire about it?
