I came like 6 months, still don't have quwa contract,

I want resign and go back to my country by exit visa

Company is not accepting my resignation

Should I proceed labour court?

@Azim Khatri hai, you can issue your exit through your absher. After that your employer will have 10 days to respond your request, if he is not accepting MOL will consider your case, so that your application will be accepted easily because of not providing the qiwa contract.

What about your benifits how could you take it if you will issue your exit what if he doesn't want to give your benifits then he want you to exit?

Is To go to MOL not much time consuming?

@Azim Khatri

You came to Saudi Arabia 6 months ago and now you want to go back to your country?

1. You must complete your employment contract whether it is on Qiwa/hard copy or verbal or you will have to go through Article 77.

2. You must pay the company for your visa and Iqama. So be very careful in this regard.

@Azim Khatri if you are receiving your salary and other benefits on time , then continue , no need to resign
