need an affidavit of eligibility to marry in Kenya urgently

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Hello my name is WILLIAM HUDSON. i am a US citizen and I need an affidavit of eligibility to marry in Kenya urgently!! I tried to log into the website kenya _acs@state.gov numerous times to try and book an appointment with no success. Please note: I have known my wife to be for close to three years. We went ahead and planned for the wedding and fixed the date for the 3rd of JUNE 2023 online to the office of the Attorney General in Kenya. We have already planned and paid the vendors ahead for our wedding and also have all the pape work required to get married except the affidavit of eligibility to marry. We need this so urgently and require an appointment ASAP hopefully tomorrow the 31st of May 2023 .I feel that this is not fair because I have all the paperwork needed and inclusive a notary stating that am SINGLE from the state of Tennessee notary public, Davison County. I thought that was enough but to my surprise it wasn't. I am kindly appealing to the American Embassy,Kenya to expedite the process of the affidavit of elligibilty to marry as our wedding is planned for the 3rd od June 2023!!
