In recent number of arrests or humiliation cases reported either in the airlines or hotel industries. We were thought these industries are there to please their guests but now due to easy access to social media , some of the users are deliberately affecting the image of these sectors without realising the hard work and dedication spent to build the business. If one is not pleased with the services, I suggest to raise your concern to the authority rather putting your blind suggestions to others. It might happen to any one and sometime might be you who put wrong reviews without realizing the consequences
