Hello,

My Name is Ariesa Indah. I'm 38 years old, i am from Indonesia.

My daughter and I are planning to move to Stoneham Québec in December 2023.

I am applying permanent resident, butbthe agency canadabvisa told me,for the first step I must apply student visa, can I relocate to Canada without IELTS certificate ?

And how to apply working permit?

I don't know from Indonesia but from India is not possible without IELTS.i need to get an offer letter from the employer or visiting visa is possible .

However, I don't really understand why the agency is applying for student visa and why Quebec ? Do you speak french ?

Have you considered other options ? https://www.quebec.ca/en/immigration
