Hepa B inactive - Job offer in Abu Dhabi

Post new topic

yohango

Recently I passed the interview to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE as Mechanical Supervisor (did not belong to 6 categories), already signed the job offer, and the next step would be my Medical Exam which will be arranged by the manpower agency here in the Philippines.

Hepa B Profile:

PRC HBV Viral Load :   470 IU/ml

SGOT: 22.4 IU/L    (<45IU/L)

SGPT: 44.3 IU/L     (31 IU/L)

HBVe Antigen: Negative (not replicating)

Question:

1. I know that all new entry applicants will be tested for HBVag and mine will surely be detected. Will the Medical Center automatically remark as "Unfit to Work"?

2. If "unfit to Work" do I have a chance to challenge the result by submitting documents stated above that were taken 5 months ago?

3. During my appointment with my Hepatology Doctor in Cebu, she told me that my status is inactive, and issued me a certification that I am fit to work. Will this certification be honored in any medical center?

4. lastly, is there someone who has undergone the same situation as mine? please share your experience.

Appreciate your response. Thank you
