Resignation not accepted and indemnity won't be paid

Hi x tang

I am working for medical center for 8 years , since then no salary hike ,

I got a better offer so I submitted my resignation with one month notice, but not accepted

. Refused to accept resignation, not to give NOC(NHRA )and indemnity,

employer is mentioning that still I have one year contract to complete .

please guide me

how to get through this problems
