DDI REJECTION FROM BANK AFTER 7 months of usage

Its been 7 months i have new ewa connection in my new flat…

but today i recieved a message regarding rejection of direct debit form from my bank..

how is it possible..m paying the ewa in right time through that account and now it saying rejection from bank…submit the new form etc etc..

I don't think anyone here can answer your question, better to contact ewa support or the bank to find out why.
