So far nothing has been rolled out.   And as far as loans are concerned, it will be between CBB and the retail banks - LMRA has nothing to do with it.

Look, many proposals come to parliament but even if they approve, the Shura council i.e. Government has to approve.    And that doesn't always happen.  For example, during Covid, they approved a lock down which was never approved or implemented by the Government.  Similarly, in the past, there was a proposal for restricting driving licences for expats and nothing happened.  I wouldn't worry until it makes it to implementation.

You keep posting for a reference for a loan.  Go to a bank.   Private money lending is illegal (And potentially dangerous) in Bahrain.  Giving a reference towards such activities is also against the forum rules.

Try your luck.  If they don't give you a loan then improve your credit score over a period of time.  No other way.
