Hi,

I came to KSA to work for company A who was not having visa so they hired me through company B meaning company B was my sponsor when in arrived in KSA.

After 6 months of working, my sponsorship was transferred to company A from company B on the request of company A.

Now my question is if I resign and serve my notice period of 3 months can I get iqama transfer as already one transfer happened from company B to A.

Any expert advise would be helpful.

Cheryl

I recommend you explore the Saudi Arabia forum to check if this question has been asked before. I am quite certain you will find some helpful answers there.

Cheers,

I tried but couldn't found case similar to mine. Can any experience holder answer my query.

No, you need their approval.  With your current company (sponsor of record), you have worked less than one year.
