Illegal termination

I was joined in March 2023..my probation period is over and my visa is until April 2024..the reason for termination is the manager wants me to sit and work after my duty hour without overtime..I was working everyday 2 hours extra..still he wants me to sit 4 hour..after that I fed up and started going home on time..lots of time he harassing for that reason and finally he terminated me..if they are not paying my full settlement how can I fight...3 month salary pending also there..how can I get full settlement if they refused to give..
