Entertainment: Rock Concerts in Dubai

I remember Muse were in Dubai in 2008!
Kings of Leon were in Abu Dhabi in 2009!
Hopefully Radiohead in the future

There used to be the Dubai Desert Rock Festival!
It's a shame they cancelled it! The groups were amazing!

In February 2010, the organisers of the Dubai Desert Rock Festival (Center Stage Management) announced that they were not going to be holding the festival, in an effort to 'extend the reach of the company'.

--What does that even mean?

okay, so i was google-ing incubus and dubai and found this link. well obviously am a huge fan of the band (well music in general, but mainly on the band) & i've been dying to know if they'll make it this 2011. i hope so! they'll be visiting europe this fall and i hope they make it here on time. if you guys heard anything, lemme know, ayt?

not much sense in this!

umm from what i know, it's due to recession. not sure about that, but that's my assumption. or probably, they prefer to produce concerts elsewhere--not sure about that either!
