My bahrain pcc got rejected

I have applied my bahrain pcc last month, then they request me to a take a finger print again from nearest police station because they said it's not clear. Then again I took the finger print and I uploaded. Now I got a mail that my application got rejected and they mentioned" my finger print not registered " I don't know what is that meaning of this I don't know what to do. Please help me with the solution.
