Hi, I want to ask what would happen if my employer gives me Exit and Reentry visa only as I will not go back to my home country instead I will go to Australia? Is the immigration or Check in officer will stop me ? Because I got a new job their and I ask my employer to give me final exit. But they dont want to since they are thinking that I would work to their competitors. We agreed they will only give ERE.

Is there a chance the immigration will tell my employer or verify to my employer that I will not go back to my home country ?

Please need an answer.
