Seeking a 1 year rental agreement

Hello

I am an American planning a move to Tavira or Vila Real near the end of November of this year. The D8 Nomadic Worker visa I am applying for requires a 12 month rental agreement. Most of the listings I've found online are for eight and nine months and do not meet my requirements. If you have full year listings that do, please contact me via email. I have references, an NIF number, a Millennium bank accountant, health insurance and a lawyer there to help facilitate the transaction. I am single and have no pets. I'd like to be contacted about any property like this offering a full year agreement.
