No. you may NOT.

Your Greek permits are only good in Greece.

In order to live/work in Belgium, you need Belgian papers.

What should I do,normally?

If you have a permanent status  ( epimakron) in Greece you may come here to work, but first you need a work contract and  adresse of residence in order to work here legally .

In all other cases you have to apply for single permit.

Do you have epimakron?

You need to first have a job contract and accommodation and you can apply for Belgian resident permit/work at the commune. This is only required the first year then, from year 2 you have unlimited access to labor market and after 5 years you can get the same residence permit in Belgium.  You can PM me for more details
