Saudi degree attestation

My name Ahsan Muneer, I am software engineer and currently in Karachi and considering an offer from a Saudi Employer, the offer is of a business consultant specialist. I have one issue in my degree, father name. Just beccasue of name issue, my father name Asif Akhtar Siddique in degree but in passport name is Hakeem Asif Akhtar Siddique, so they reject the saudi attestation. I applied 2 month before also my medical expired on 25th sept. Any idea my visa stamp without the saudi culture. I also resign the job because my agent said 1 2 weeks for all process then you go easily, but then this issues and all. Kindly guide me, i completely lost.
