Single 70 yr old active male. Have spent 8-10 winters[Nov-April in NI]. since 2011. Generally like Nortena [Northern NI]. But have friends in Masaya and Granada.
My ? concerns back care surgery in Masaya. A friend there injured her back several weeks ago. A specialist in private clinic and doctor at public hospital in Masaya recommended some type of surgery.
I am waiting for a copy of diagnosis and doctors license and medical background before helping her.
I understand Managua has a big private hospital and probably lots of specialists but finding one with a good reputation and medical background is another ?
Any recommendations?
She lives/works in Masaya so its more convenient then Managua.
I fly back to NI next week but thought to ask on Forum before.
