I am looking for Kick boxing / exercise classes for men or mixed groups in Al Ain
Mainly as a mode of exercise and fitness.

Or any other similar classes...

The only closest thing I could find was a bunch of Karate places - but it had more of "learning" the art long term rather than sweating it out.

I can't find anything similar anywhere to pipe in and help out.

Good Day

We will start up classes in September at the Hilton.It will be 6 different classes combined into one.The core exercises will be kick boxing, stretching, abs, muscle toning, body and mind.We will have FREE demo classes on the 16th,17th and 23rd, 24th of September.Please feel free to come join in and tell your friends about it
